Titan Expands Global Footprint with New Wholly Owned Subsidiary in Canada

Titan Canada Subsidiary

Titan Company Limited has taken a step towards expanding its international presence by incorporating a wholly owned subsidiary in Canada, aimed at entering the country's jewellery retail and lifestyle markets.

According to a regulatory filing, the company incorporated Titan Company Canada Inc. on October 27, 2026, with an authorised share capital of CAD 5,000. Titan will hold 100% ownership in the newly established entity, making it a wholly owned subsidiary.

The Indian jewellery and lifestyle major will subscribe to the subsidiary's share capital for an amount not exceeding CAD 5,000, with the investment to be made in cash.

Focus on Jewellery Retailing and Lifestyle Businesses

The newly incorporated Canadian entity is expected to undertake jewellery retailing and other lifestyle-related businesses in the country. The move marks a potential expansion of Titan's international retail operations and provides the company with a corporate structure to explore opportunities in the Canadian market.

However, Titan has not yet announced specific plans regarding store launches, additional investment commitments or the timeline for commencing commercial operations in Canada.

Initial Investment and Subsidiary Details

As a newly incorporated entity, Titan Company Canada Inc. currently has no reported turnover. The company has also clarified that the incorporation does not require any governmental or regulatory approvals, as per the disclosures made in its exchange filing.

The development signals Titan's continued interest in exploring international markets, with Canada emerging as a new geography for its jewellery retail and lifestyle business ambitions.
