The African Diamond Producers Association (ADPA) will inaugurate its new headquarters in Luanda, Angola, on February 27, 2025. This milestone event, hosted in Ingombota, Luanda, will bring together senior government officials, industry leaders, and key stakeholders from Africa's diamond sector.
The program will feature an official handover and opening, a ribbon-cutting ceremony, a tour of the new offices, and a networking session.
Key attendees who will officiate the event include Hon. Dr. Diamantino Azevedo, Angola's Minister of Mineral Resources, Oil & Gas; and Hon. Winston Chitando, Zimbabwe's Minister of Mines and Mining Development, ADPA Chair (2023-2024)
Other distinguished guests include Hon. Julius Mattai, Sierra Leone's Minister of Mines and ADPA Vice Chair (2023-2024); Hon. Teté António, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Hon. Vera Daves de Sousa, Minister of Finance of Angola.
