VTB Africa Bank is an institution under Angolan law, having started its activity in the year 2006. The main shareholder of VTB Africa Bank is VTB Moscow, which is the second largest bank in Russia. The Bank’s strong International connection enables to maintain high levels of governance combined with a strong compliance structure. VTB África is a commercial bank with three specific areas of activity viz: Investment Banking, Corporate and Retail.
